The only downside to December is the most stressful two and a half weeks, us college students call Hell, others call it finals.
But other than tests, December is awesome and full of happiness and that super fantastic Christmas feeling that no one can actually put into words.
So a few things that happened this week!
On Monday, Annabeth made this beautiful creation after FHE.
In order to distract myself from studying I listened to Amy Poehler's audiobook
I applied to be a photographer at the Daily Wildcat (fingers-crossed)
On Tuesday/Thursday I took my final for my Public Administration class. I think I did really well on it, but I am refreshing D2L constantly waiting for my grade to be posted.
On Tuesday, Lauren, Zack (one of the students I work with), and JR (one of my co workers) went to the basketball game. We won, and got pictures with Wilbur.
On Friday we went to a crazy party for the Pac 12 Ship. It was all too stressful and all too sad to watch, but it was fun to be around all these crazy kiddos.
On Saturday Steph, Lauren and I went to the basketball game v. Gonzaga. MOST INTENSE GAME. Overtime is just too much for my soul. But in the end, we came out on top, and are keeping with our undefeated record.
After the game, I went to Target to buy a dress for the Institute Winter Formal, which started 30 minutes after I bought it. But the dance was super fun, and there was delicious foods.
Delicious foods=successful dance
Those were the most exciting things that happened this week. I am super excited for this week because Tuesday is the last day of classes. Wednesday is a work party. Thursday is dead day.
I am also very sad about this week because my BFF Trevor is leaving for his mission in Honduras on Wednesday. Luckily, I am able to go home on Tuesday to say my final goodbye to him for a whole two years!
After this week, is the official finals week, which will be no fun. Lauren is graduating, which is super sad because she is going to be moving out of 1320, but also super exciting for her because she is going to take the world by storm. THEN IT'S WINTER BREAK! I'll be going to Disneyland with Zach, working at Krispy Kreme with my favorite coworkers, Christmas, New Years, shopping, and just chilling because I won't be in school.
And since it's Christmas season, I find it fitting to share my favorite Christmas song (the 2014 version)
