Goodbye Megan!

Monday I was going all freaking day long.
School started at 10 and went until 3.
Work started at 3 and went until 7.
FHE started and 7 and went until 8.
U Swirl farewell for Sister Eyre started at 8 and went until 9.
Homework/studying started at 9 and went until 11.
It was indeed a cray cray day, but I made it through, now there is only one more week left of craziness!

Today I am rather sad because it is one of my favorite missionaries last day before she heads home tomorrow. Sister Eyre has been not only an amazing missionary in 3rd ward but has also been an amazing friend to everyone she met. She is such a genuine person and whenever I talk to her you can tell she truly cares about life and all the other craziness that goes on. I am super sad for her to leave, but I am excited for her to go home to Utah and then to party with her in two weeks in Utah! 3rd ward will not be the same without her but of course by tradition we had a farewell party at u swirl after FHE. I have never seen so many people in U Swirl before, just goes to show how much everyone really loves her and is going to miss her.

Although I am very sad for her to leave I am also very excited for Sister Hendricks' new companion to come and to become her friend as well!

So if you have read my blog previously you know that the heater does not work in my house. Well this morning I discovered that it was indeed colder inside my house than it is outside... Luckily we are getting the system thingy replaced and until then our landlord is going to supply us with area heater things. I'm pretty excited, even though the Canadian in me is able to bear through the cold weather.

This morning Ali made my day. While I was walking to school in the 47ยบ weather, she picked me up and gave me a ride to the institute for waffle tuesday. She is such a doll. And to add to my happiness hot chocolate was being supplied for us at waffle tuesday, and boy do I love hot chocolate... luckily I did not spill it on myself like I did the week prior at FHE. Go me!

Happy Tuesday everyone!
