Weekend Update

So this week was the first full week of school, which probably explains why it felt like the longest week of my life. I am finally used to my new school schedule and I am started to feel comfortable with my classes. I haven't fallen behind yet, so we will have to see how long that lasts.
On Monday I started the preparation for Super Bowl Sunday. Many of you may not know this but the Richardsons go all out with a giant predictions chart, and since the girls in my family are not the best at predicting football stuff we also have predictions for commercials and the half time show. It's really intense. Since I do not live at home, I decided to make a giant predictions chart for a group of people here in Tucson. Here is a picture of the prediction chart thus far...

Also on Monday, we went to FHE and played Heads Up which is probably the funnest game of all time.

On Tuesday I went the gym! Crazy I know, I went twice in one month. Going to the gym is slowly becoming more and more bearable, I think I am probably going to go multiple times a week, but I don't want to make that on official thing because I will probably psych myself out, so we will see how often I end up going within the next month. Steph and I also went to chipotle afterwards for celebrating going to the gym.

Wednesday was the Arizona basketball game against Stanford, since the game was at Stanford I had to watch the game on TV. Let me tell you I was going absolutely bazurk toward the end of the game because of how close the score was. Cody and I became excellent couch coaches, I was pacing the living room with a pillow on top of my head and I even channeled the Native American in me and did a tribal happy/good luck dance... all of those things clearly worked because we won! I'm sure I was putting on a good show for Steph, Lauren and Cody.
Oh backtrack, also on Wednesday I got to spend my work day with my homeboy Edgar, he even wanted to snap a picture with me!
Thursday night the roomies and I went to a movie party at Travis/Brian/Levi's house. We "watched" one of the greatest movies of all time, Pitch Perfect. Notice that I put watched in quotations, I did that because it was impossible to watch with everyone saying all the quotes right on top of the movie, and singing the songs, and dancing... how could you not brag about knowing every single one of Fat Amy's lines... lezbehonest.

Friday morning I woke up with two awesome text messages from EJ and Taylor inviting me to go to Mesa, because EJ, Taylor and Natalie had reservations to go see the temple... considering my best friends and my boyfriend live in Mesa how could I refuse a free trip to Mesa. So after all my classes we headed up to Mesa. When we got there I helped my mom with her English project and then went to go hang out with Sadie, Parker, Trevor and eventually Zach. I told everyone I was coming home except for Zach so I could surprise him when he got off work. The four of us were waiting outside the back of Bahama Bucks for him to get off to scare him... but he never came outside, so we just decided to go into the store... we didn't scare him but it was still a surprise since he didn't know that I was in Mesa. After that adventure, we went to Wal Mart to pick up some snacks and then we watched Monsters University, which is one of my favorite pixar movies... so far.

This morning I woke up kind of early and played Just Dance with EJ, and then played Just Dance with Natalie and then played Just Dance with Avery. We all kind of just chilled at my house, eating breakfast, dancing, etc. while Natalie had to do an online class. After her class EJ, Taylor, Natalie, Kenzie, Avery and I all went to Bahama Bucks, partially because EJ was craving it and partially because I wanted to see Sadie and Zach one more time before we left. After our visit to bahama bucks we headed back out on the road to Tucson.
Once we got to Tucson, I didn't even get to go home, there was too much to do in prep for the party tomorrow. We made a run to target and to costco to buy the various foods to much upon during the game. Eventually I made it back home to a lovely surprise all over our front yard.... vomit.... vomit from our neighbors party that apparently went on last night...it's disgusting... we should probably hose it down or something...
Now I am just sitting here, blogging, waiting to go to a Country Dance event going on at the institute in half an hour and then for the basketball game against Cal tonight. Should be a fun night, but you all will mostly likely hear about tonight and the wicked awesome super bowl party that is going to happen in my next blog.
