S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y NIGHT

Let me just start off by saying how much I really love the weekends. After a full week of school it is very nice to have a day where I do not have to do anything, no obligations. It was a very nice relaxing day in which I caught myself up on some IPad surgeries.

Tonight, Steph made lasagna and EJ, Taylor and Trent came over for dinner and to hang out. Props to Steph because it was a very delicious lasagna (even though she told me I would not be able to see the carrots) and the salad was great and the target brand garlic bread was da best. After dinner we played scategories and that was interesting as we were trying to figure out all the technicalities of the game. We also learned that it is very easy to think of dirty things in that game, and that you're not alone thinking those things. The night continued with some "Avery yoga" which looks a little something like this...

Then we experimented with Taylor's odd power balance bracelet that gave me the magical powers of touching my toes (in case everyone was wondering no, I cannot touch my toes and yes it is rather embarassing). After multiple different experiments with the bracelet I have decided that the illuminati is behind the bracelet (if you readers are into the illuminati at all). 

And as any mormon party goes there were some twerking lessons for Ej... and it went a little something like this (if some of you are scared to watch, no real twerking actually happened, none of us have mastered the art quite yet)

After some that we continued onward to watch yet again the Miley Cyrus performance (or for Trent.. to listen to the performance)... sing some songs... dance some dances...talk some talks and of course play scrabble on our fridge. Oh yes and what is a mormon saturday night without some mountain dew? Throwback was featured tonight.

Now the boys have gone and the roomies and I are watching The Great Gatsby.
