The Spine Is Your Lifeline

So tonight the roomies and I jazzed up a little bit and did a dance workout which Steph brought from California. As we are all professional dancers (all sarcasm intended) it was a very unique experience. Our favorite dancer on the television was a black man who was extremely fabulous and fierce all in one. 
These were just a few of his fabulous dance moves. He was truly my inspiration that kept me going throughout the workout.



And here are some photos of Steph and Annabeth rocking it during our Latin routine. 
Things I learned? Annabeth really likes to get low, adding sound effects to dance moves makes it that much more entertaining, my idea of marching is very different than a dancers idea of it, and that my spine is my lifeline.
